David Brimlow
David Brimlow is an experienced "Senior Web Professional" who has been producing, creating, coding, managing and administering business websites, intranets and integrated web related services since 1997.
DBrimlow Web Services was founded by David Brimlow to service the growing demand for websites and web services integration. David's Real Estate career began in 1988, as a Manhattan commercial and residential property management executive, through opening his own Manhattan commericial brokerage firm as broker and President in 1997, until the tragic event of 9/11, forced him to close his doors. David had always maintained his love of computer technology and programming and had built his own firm's website in 1998, was offered the position of Web Administrator for Manhattan Apartments Inc. the largest independantly owned Rental agency in Manhattan.
He was initially tasked with re-building the firm's interactive website and to create the firm's new apartment sales section. He programmed the site to offer the to the public, the firm's rental listings, to be updated, in real time, every fifteen minutes directly from its office database. Making Manhattan Apartments Inc. the only rental agency to do so. Over the next 8 years he and his team integrated the website and many in-office systems to share in agent productivity by replacing outsourced 3rd party companys to do ad mailing and emailing campaigns, create brochures and pamphletes and submit agent batch ads to Craigslist and the NY Times. Manhattan Apartments' website placed in the top from #1 to #5 Google for web searche results for 40 of the top 100 highly sought after keyword/key phrases such as "apts for rent in nyc", NY apt" or "apartments in Manhattan", and another 50 placed results placed at least somewhere on page 1. This placed Manhattan apartments well ahead of most other real estate firms which ultimately drove more traffic to the site and caused the website to generate as many lead inquirys as the NY Times and Craigslist ads.
